Media Consulting Services in the Middle East and Africa. Ascala is a
private media investment and consultancy company. We typically act at the CEO or
CIO level in large media communications, telecommunications or technology
companies, or at the Managing Partner level in investment companies. We provide media consultancy services to the Middle East and Africa region from our Dubai, UAE headquarters. Our customers include government departments, venture capital investors, investment banks and the CEOs of telecommunications, media and technology companies. 
We focus our business activities in the Middle East and Africa regions. Both of these regions offer tremendous
opportunity for growth in converged media, technology and telecommunications
platforms.
Consultancy. Ascala helps businesses and
investors detect and understand strategic opportunities created by developing
media vehicles and investments in telecommunications, converged media and
technology infrastructure. We craft converged-media strategies for
existing publishers, brand consultancies and media agencies in the Middle East
and Africa. This includes creating
supply-chain partnerships, making introductions and facilitating funding between
1-100M USD.
Government Consultancy. We provide
regulatory consultancy, license structuring and media training for government organizations. Our services include
lobbying, facilitation of direct investment and regulatory assessment. 
The implementation
of sustainable business practices, closed-loop economics and social-responsibility platforms is inherent in every consultancy engagement we deliver.
Investment. Ascala coordinates direct investment, M&A and
liquidity events through a network of investment partners following our
pre-qualification and due diligence. We
operate our own private investment placement for initial seed funding of media and technology companies.
Sustainability. Sustainability and corporate
social responsibility (CSR) are deeply integrated into Ascala’s way of doing
business. We implement green policies, facilitate community integration,
promote cultural development and support children's charities. Every
aspect of our business is aligned with our Sustainability Rocks methodology
which promotes long term sustainability within a CSR
framework. We provide consultancy services for corporate companies implementing a CSR platform.
Recovery. Ascala orchestrates the
restructuring and re-funding of existing distressed investments in the media,
technology and communications sectors. We help implement recovery plans
for companies and provide interim management services.
Ascala is a Belize-based investment and strategy consultancy; we operate in Dubai through our direct
investments in Lime Green Entertainments, H2O New Media and other planned
investments in the region.
We generally operate
through recommendations from existing customers and investment partners.
Ascala is a private investment consultancy. We do not currently
offer unit subscriptions, financial vehicles, or venture-capital funds though we
will likely provide these in the future.
